WINE MAKING:
The grapes selected from the specific plots were delivered to the winery in 22 kg plastic boxes, and when they arrived at the brewery, they were carefully selected on the sorting table. Then the grapes are stalked and juiced. The juice was transferred to a stainless steel tank and kept at 8 ° C for 48 hours for decantation. Finally, 45 days of alcoholic fermentation was carried out in a temperature controlled stainless steel tank at 14 °C.
