The grapes come from the core field of the Super Douro area, and the Quinta da Cabreira estate is privately owned. After 22 hectares, it is sent to the winery in plastic buckets. It is then placed on the sorting table for strict selection and crushed slightly after the stem. Transfer it to a temperature-controlled stainless steel tank. After the alcoholic fermentation is completed, the grapes are gently pressed with hydraulic pressure. The other part of the grapes is placed in a brand new French oak barrel after being stalked and simmered for 45 days at a constant temperature of 14%.
