WINEMAKING | Brewing process:


The grapes came from the Quinta da Cabreira winery in the Douro Superior Division and were delivered to the winery in 22 kg plastic boxes. When they arrived at the winery, they were carefully selected on the sorting table. Then the grapes are stalked and crushed slightly. Transfer it to a temperature-controlled stainless steel tank.


AGEING : French oak barrel for 12 months
